A rain shower sweeps across the bay at Westward Ho! in north Devon, obscuring the view of almost everything but some of the sea and a hint of the beach. It is amazing how the weather can completely change the landscape with ease, turning an almost chocolate-box beach location into a mysterious land. From this viewpoint, you can normally see the Braunton Burrows and Devon countryside beyond.
