On a cold winter afternoon, a trio of Exmoor ponies graze as the fog rolls over the moor. I like how in this image you can see the countryside beyond still, providing a bit more depth to the scene. Later the fog would get so thick that visibility dropped to what seemed like a few meters.
The thick fog and transition into the darkness makes Exmoor National Park feel an altogether different place.
